Payment Payment is expected in full prior to the conference. GE Smallworld will raise an invoice for each registered delegate. Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer or credit card VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Visa Purchasing). See details on the booking form. Cancellation Delegate registrations may be cancelled without penalty provided written cancellation is received at least two full weeks prior to the conference. Non attendance without written cancellation will result in payment of the full delegate fee. We regret that any cancellations made after 21st May 2001 cannot be refunded. Delegate places are, however, transferable at any time. Delegates with special needs GE Smallworld aims to offer fully accessible events to all its delegates. Hotel accommodation at Le Meridien, Montparnasse Booking must be made before 10th May to receive preferential rate GE Smallworld has reserved a limited number of rooms until 10th May at Le Meridien Montparnasse and has negotiated a room only rate of FF1400. Bookings must be made through GE Smallworld in order to receive this rate and we will require a credit card number to guarantee this booking. The rate of FF1400 is per room (single or double occupancy) including tax, excluding breakfast (American buffet FF155 per person per day) as is only valid for the duration of the conference. After 10th May delegates must make their own hotel accommodation arrangements.
